Lumia's Quest
A downloadable game
Help Lumia, the brave wisp, and spread light throughout the forest, desert, swamp and many other biomes! Collect resources from happy inhabitants to satisfy everyone else and gain more to finally rid the land of the dark curse!
This is the credits song with AI-synthesized voices and some more flourishes - since the game jam didn't allow for AI content we added it afterwards here for anyone interested in it.
WARNING: The game does NOT yet save your progress! Once you completed all 4 puzzles the game will show you the credits, which will essentially wipe your progress!

Controls
WASD for movement
E to interact
ESC for pause/menu
Controller do generally work out of the box but the game is not yet optimized for them and does not show any controller prompts.
Known Bugs
- Music for puzzle areas does not work
- Solving puzzles does not always trigger the sound effect
- Collecting resources from an NPC while another is already generating overwrites the type for all items being spawned afterwards
- The volcano lava shader has flicker issues, especially when moving
- Settings aren't carried over when switching scenes
- Particle/Fog pop-in and sudden disappearance

Joined 4-5 days after the game jam started and provided the game with more music and also took care of all SFX, he also implemented the SFX system, a way to transition music from one place to another and scripted the "cutscenes".
DaPanda
Volunteered a few days before the game jam to do all the modelling work, every 3D model and their textures in the game are made by her, she also put everything together to create very fancy environments.
Yashia
Volunteered a few days before the start as well, she wanted to learn how to do music production, so she learned how to use Fruity Loops Studio and created the underlying themes and melodies for the game, which were also used by Edu as basis for his tracks.
Cerbion
Was very lucky and grateful in the end to have had so much help from the others as it made the project that much better. He did most of the coding, game design and drew all the art (faces, UI, logos), he is also the project manager of sorts and organised things between the members. Additionally, he streamed the Progress live 3-4x a week on Twitch to get valuable live-feedback.
We created all assets and ideas during the game jam, with the exception of the Font used, some particle textures and the button prompt textures (see GDD)
