This is a common friction point for a lot of users; it's not clearly communicated: Try to push your Fort to level 13 and explore afterward to proceed.
(This is going to get addressed in 0.6, which hopefully makes it as clear as necessary how and where to progress, not just at that point of the game, but throughout)
Minor bug-ish thing, but it seems like Organ buy max doesn't account for it's price to lower with leveling up, so buying it in bulk is more expensive that buying it one by one.
UI bug: in obliteration confirmation window x- and y- scrolls appear when hovering on confirmation button. May be true with other confirmation buttons, i haven't seen any other yet

Stucked at full exploration done, base lvl 10, research lvl 10+. Dont understand what to do next..
Have you maxed all your relics? Maybe that's why?

Hmm you might be right on the Organ thingy, I'll look into it!
The latter should be fixed in the latest version. (0.5.13)
